• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
• If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 66db may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

66db supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus requires a specific betting turnover to be met (typically 20x–30x).
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be capped at a maximum of BDT 500.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 66db:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Pre-match bets are accepted before a match begins; once the match is underway, only live bets apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, 66db's decision will be final.
• 66db reserves the right to review bets if suspicious betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66db:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Colluding or coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior.

If any of these prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
